So I had someone ask me today about Gluten and what it entailed. I also had everyone at work saying "Gluten free lunch today?.....yuck!" Well I have news for them...it is very YUMMY!!! Here are some of our new favorites:
Homemade Mac-N-Cheese (Velveeta, fat free milk and Gluten free elbow noodles!!!)
Spaghetti w/ meat sauce (Walmart sells GREAT, cheap gluten free noodles, Prego spaghetti sauce & ground turkey)
Oh and we LOVE fruit roll ups, gushers and fruit by the foot!
